PVC card print मध्ये फक्त printer quality महत्त्वाची नसते. Original image ची sharpness, card crop, front-back alignment, print scaling आणि cutting/lamination या सगळ्यांचा final result वर परिणाम होतो.
1. शक्य तितकी clear source image वापरा
WhatsApp compression मुळे लहान text blur होऊ शकतो. Original PDF किंवा high-resolution image उपलब्ध असल्यास त्यातून card तयार करा.
2. Card ratio consistent ठेवा
Front आणि back दोन्ही side एकाच aspect ratio मध्ये crop करा. एका side ला जास्त margin आणि दुसऱ्याला कमी margin असल्यास print mismatch दिसतो.
3. Text कट होणार नाही अशी safe margin ठेवा
Card edge जवळचा QR, name किंवा number cutting मध्ये कट होऊ शकतो. त्यामुळे final crop मध्ये थोडी safe space ठेवणे चांगले.
4. Print scaling 100%/actual size तपासा
Browser किंवा printer driver “Fit to page” लावत असल्यास card आकार बदलू शकतो. Template वापरताना actual dimensions आणि printer settings जुळतात का पाहा.
5. Front-back orientation आधी test करा
Duplex/manual flip करताना long-edge/short-edge orientation गोंधळू शकतो. एक साधा test page करून top/bottom direction चिन्हांकित करा.
6. Colour जास्त saturated करू नका
Over-saturation मुळे skin tone, blue/green backgrounds किंवा QR readability खराब होऊ शकते. Original document चे colours शक्य तितके natural ठेवा.
7. Lamination/PVC sheet dust-free ठेवा
धूळ किंवा fingerprint laminated surface खाली अडकू शकतो. Print करण्यापूर्वी sheet clean आहे का तपासा.
8. Cutting guide वापरा
Manual cutter वापरत असल्यास card template वर crop marks किंवा alignment marks मदत करतात. अनेक cards एका sheet वर असतील तर spacing समान ठेवा.
9. QR/Barcode scan test करा
Print झाल्यानंतर mobile scanner ने QR/barcode वाचतो का तपासा. Blur किंवा gloss reflection असल्यास उपयोगात अडचण येऊ शकते.
10. Customer ला preview दाखवा
Final PVC करण्यापूर्वी spelling, photo आणि front/back योग्य आहेत का customer कडून confirm करून घ्या. त्यामुळे reprint कमी होतात.
